Irish Fair 2025 is coming in HOT! Mark your calendar for August 8-10 at the one and only Harriet Island in St. Paul. It's going to be EPIC, and guess what? We want YOU to have an opportunity to be on stage. Thank you for your interest in joining us for an unforgettable celebration of Irish culture and heritage at the Irish Fair of Minnesota, your talent and passion for the arts are what make this event truly special, and we're excited about the possibility of featuring your performance.

• Performance Quality and Experience: High-caliber performances that demonstrate your expertise and experience in your craft.
• Professionalism and Reliability: A track record of professional behavior and reliability, both onstage and off.
• Audience Engagement and Following: Your ability to connect with and captivate audiences, as well as a strong and active following.
• Social Media Activity and Online Presence: An engaging online presence that showcases your work and interacts with your audience.
• Demographic Relevance: The ability to appeal to a wide range of demographics, reflecting the diverse audience at our fair.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: The willingness to work within the dynamics of a large-scale festival, including variable performance conditions and schedules.

Application Process

To be considered for a performance slot at the 2024 festival, we invite you to fill out our application form. This is your opportunity to share with us who you are and what you do best. Please provide as much detail as possible about your act, as this will help us in our selection process.

Please Note: Completing this application does not guarantee a performance spot. Each application will be thoroughly reviewed, with selections made based on the outlined criteria and factors such as genre diversity, cultural representation, and scheduling availability. We appreciate your understanding and patience throughout this process.

What to Expect

• Application Review: Our team will review 2024 applications until March 15. We strive to create a lineup that celebrates the rich tapestry of Irish culture.
• Communication: We will keep you informed throughout the selection process. If selected, you will receive detailed information about performance logistics, technical requirements, and other pertinent details by early April.
• Participation Details: Selected performers will be part of a vibrant celebration that attracts attendees from all over. It's a fantastic opportunity to showcase your talent to a wide and appreciative audience.
